Wheeler Business Consulting's goal is to provide a high quality product at a reasonable cost to all participants. The training and support provided will allow individuals to establish their own independent brokering businesses. This program is not a franchise operation and therefore has no future royalty payments due. There is a one time upfront investment. The ongoing business expenses are determined by you. The monthly expense can be as low as few hundred dollars a month to cover space, phone, fax,computer and miscellaneous office supplies. Lease broker operations can easily be operated from your home office.
Your Return: The funding source pays the lease broker a commission upon funding each transaction. The commission is paid based upon the funder's yield and the amount of points that the broker adds to the transaction. Each point represents 1% of the equipment cost. Most brokered transactions include between three and ten points.
Example: Equipment Cost: $50,000 Points added by the lease Broker: 6 Points Commission paid by the funder: (6% of $50,000) = $3,000
It is not unusual for a lease broker to complete his first transaction within three to four months and within one year to be funding multiple transactions each month.
The business is derived from equipment vendors and direct end user clients. Within one year strong relationships will create an environment of ongoing repeat business from your network of business partners.
